What is "Crafting You"?
This workshop is 5 days of information to empower tweens as they enter adolescence with a hands-on, creative workshop including engaging crafts, interactive discussions, and self-reflection activities.

Why This Workshop?
Growing up can be overwhelming, and tween girls often struggle with self-doubt, changing friendships, and big emotions. The transition into adolescence brings social pressures, body image concerns, and the need to set personal boundaries, all while navigating new responsibilities at school and at home. This stage of life is exciting but can also feel intimidating, which is why support, guidance, and encouragement are essential.

What's Included?
Each day of the workshop is designed to address the real-life challenges tween girls face while providing them with tangible tools to navigate adolescence with confidence. The day is infused with learning and activities to keep it fun and engaging and all materials are provided for the girls to take home a tangible reminder of what we learned at the end of each day.

Understanding Your Changing Body & Building a Self-Care Routine
Puberty brings physical and emotional changes that can feel confusing and even embarrassing. This session helps girls understand what’s happening in their bodies, why self-care is important, and how confidence grows when we take care of ourselves.

Discovering Who You Are –
Values & Strengths
Tween girls often struggle with self-doubt and comparison, making it hard to recognize their unique strengths. This session helps them identify personal values, build self-worth, and understand how their strengths shape their choices. They will learn how to trust their own decisions and stay true to who they are,
